Brooke Page is a strategic thinker and solutions focused advocate with 20+ years of experience in human service administration to include nonprofit, state and local government program management and administration. As the Director of the southwest geography and Justice Co-Lead at CSH, Brooke is responsible for managing and delivering technical assistance with a focus on engaging systems, aligning resources to create new units of supportive housing (SH) and ensuring the delivery of equitable and quality services for individuals and families who have complex barriers that impact access to housing. In her Justice Co-Lead capacity, Brooke is working to elevate CSH’s field operations and policy advocacy efforts within the justice sector to showcase emerging practices that support long term housing solutions for people with justice involvement. Driven by her belief in the value, dignity and worth of every individual, prior to joining CSH, Brooke spent more than seven years strengthening state and local homelessness and justice practices. Her passion for this work has cultivated years of skills and expertise that have helped bring in over $50 million of funding to support housing and services for people experiencing homelessness and community development projects in Clark County, Nevada. Brooke has led system-change planning efforts, administered federal grant funded programs, improved quality assurance and quality improves processes, and spearheaded resource development efforts that have resulted in an expansion of permanent housing resources for households who are impacted by systemic barriers. Brooke holds a Master of Legal Studies degree from Pepperdine University.
