Allen Winkler

Allen is the Chief Operations Officer for City of Faith Prison Ministries, where he oversees daily operations and long-term strategy. With over 20 years of leadership at the organization, he brings vision, consistency, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals as they successfully reenter society. Allen also manages several small business ventures in real estate and marketing, combining his entrepreneurial experience with nonprofit leadership. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and applies a hands-on, growth-focused approach to every role he takes on. Outside of work, Allen enjoys traveling, restoring vintage trucks with his wife, Stacey, and cheering on the Boston Red Sox with the same passion he brings to his professional life.
