Gary Moore

Gary has recently been promoted to Director of Operations, Residential Reentry Center Programs with Alston Wilkes, where he spent the past two years as a Veterans Aftercare Case Manager. He will directly oversee four adult residential facilities in Charleston, Columbia, and Florence, SC, as well as Fayetteville, NC. These facilities housed federal offenders through contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  

A retiree from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Gary spent 32 years in various positions, which included Correctional Program Specialist, Community Corrections Manager, and Residential Reentry Contract Oversight Specialist. He is an expert in Pre & Post award processes for RRC Services and Home Confinement Services, Background Investigations; Audits of Residential Reentry Centers; and Regional & County Jail inspections.  

Gary is an Army Veteran of the 101st Airborne “Air Assault” Division and a 23-year retiree with the North Carolina Air National Guard. He received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from New England College. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughter’s school basketball team, and is an avid Steeler fan.
