Josh Arnold

Josh, President and Chief Executive Officer, Talbert House.Received his B.A. in Sociology (Criminal Justice) from the University of Tennessee, and a M.A. from Xavier University in Clinical Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has worked for Talbert House for 27 years holding various positions and has led as Vice President of Addictions, Court and Corrections, and Child and Adolescent Service Lines, as well as Chief Operating Officer prior to becoming CEO of Talbert House in July 2023. Talbert House is a community-based provider in Southwest Ohio that serves over 39,000 individuals face to face each year through Corrections, Mental Health, Addictions, Community Care and Housing. He serves on the Board of Directors for One Source, Community Action Agency and chairs the Substance Abuse Committee of Ohio Council. Josh has been active in ICJA since 2013 and has served on the Executive Committee of Ohio Community Corrections Association. He is a graduate of Executive Curriculum for Emerging Leaders (EXCEL) and Leadership Cincinnati.
