Julie Finn

Julie has worked in the criminal-legal field for 20 years and currently serves as Program Manager for Policy, Procedure, and Implementation Support with the Massachusetts Probation Service’s Office of Community Corrections. In this role, she leads policy development and supports the implementation of evidence-based practices across 18 Community Justice Support Centers. Julie previously spent over 15 years at Community Resources for Justice, where she focused on data-driven decision making, risk/need assessment, and staff training. She is certified in multiple nationally recognized practices, including case management, motivational interviewing, and risk assessment tools. A published author and experienced trainer, Julie is dedicated to strengthening systems and improving outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
